In 1980 after serving as the Head Golf Professional at the Arizona Biltmore Country Club in Phoenix, Tim joined his father in the family’s Property and Casualty Insurance operation in Westminster, Colorado. He worked there until 1993 when he joined Empire and took on the task of developing a new market and opening a branch closing office in the North area for the company. Tim opened Empire’s North office in 1994 and continues to play a key role in its success.

Evidence of his commitment to the industry and his community, Tim has been a member of the North Metro Denver Board of Realtors since 1993 and has served on their Education Committee since 1994, has been chairman of their annual golf tournament since 1994, and has been a Board of Directors since 1997. Tim also has served on the Board of Directors for Children’s Outreach Project in Westminster since 1981, is a past president of the Westminster Rotary Club and also a past president of the Westminster Rotary Club Foundation.

Tim lives with his children in Northglenn.
